Planning Expert
A web-based service which answers the question "Do I need planning permission?" This is a fully customisable solution which includes all currently available PARSOL/PAS scripts as standard.
Developed in partnership with GDC to complement their PARSOL Web Services module, JDi solutions' Planning Expert System provides a complete solution for local authorities to provide online planning enquiries.
The system includes:
- A selection of PARSOL approved scripts for use in answering the question "Do I need planning permission?"
- Comprehensive display of all applicable constraints (conservation area, listed building etc) for any selected property or land parcel (subject to data availability)
- Full browser support (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome, etc.)
- Permanent record of all enquiries
- System usage statistics
- Optional tools for managing and editing process trees, questions and answers
