e-Consultation

The e-Consultation service takes your public consultations online, managing the entire process from document publication to public examination. It is the only consultation system to have been developed live with a Local Planning Authority.

JDi Solutions' e-Consultation system is the only LDF management system to have been developed with a local authority as they have progressed through the LDF stages. South Cambridgeshire DC's input has been invaluable in creating a system which is already tried and tested in the real world, and it works!

The system includes 2 modules:

Public User module

  • User/Organisation/Agent registration and account management
  • Submit representations and receive automatic acknowledgement
  • Fully interactive proposals map linked to documents
  • View all representations made on any document

Admin Module

  • Comprehensive search facilities on representations and respondents
  • Full management of representations, responses, actions and conclusions
  • Web use statistics
  • Open data access
  • Customisable mail (and email) shots
  • Full document indexing
